Students will then select their preferred materials and coordinate their combinations. Following this, the ring-making tutorial will commence, with the instructor providing explanations and guidance throughout the process.

・If you are unable to attend after payment or need to reschedule, please contact us "3 days in advance" to arrange a new session time.
・Rescheduling is limited to sessions within "2 months." If you cannot find a suitable time, you may opt for a refund.
・For refunds, please contact us and provide your bank account number and name. Refunds will be processed via bank transfer.
・As instructors prepare materials and the venue in advance, refunds and postponements are not accepted "on the day of the class." Participants who do not attend will be considered to have forfeited their session.
・In the event of force majeure (typhoon, heavy rain, etc.) or government-mandated work/school closures, we will proactively notify all participants. Courses on such days will be rescheduled, transferred, or fully refunded.
・To ensure the comfort of all participants, those who arrive "15 minutes late" beyond the scheduled start time will be considered to have forfeited their session, with no refund or rescheduling possible.
・To respect the time of fellow participants, please arrive promptly for your session. Please be mindful of punctuality.
・A pre-class notification will be sent 2-3 days prior. Please ensure your email and contact information are accurate to avoid missing the notice. If you do not receive the notification, it may be due to system filters; please proceed to the venue as we will not be making additional phone calls.
・Only ticket holders are permitted to participate. Companions without tickets are not allowed to enter or join, to ensure the rights of other participants.
・If the minimum enrollment of 6 participants is not met 3 days before the session, Chuan Chuan Handmade reserves the right to cancel the session and will notify participants to reschedule or receive a full refund.
・To ensure a smooth class flow, please refrain from eating during the session.
・Participants must adhere to the venue rules and follow the instructor's guidance.
・The organizers may conduct photography and videography during the class as needed, and upload the content to Chuan Chuan Handmade's social media after the session. Photos and videos containing your likeness may be used for event documentation or promotional purposes for future enrollment.
・If you prefer not to be photographed or filmed, please inform us during the class, and we will take special care to accommodate your request.
