• The class involves extensive scent and essential oil inhalation and contact. It is not recommended for individuals with serious medical conditions or who are pregnant.
• After payment, please contact us to schedule your class date. (If you need to change the class date, please notify us 5 days prior to the event. Date changes are limited to one instance.)
• Refunds can be requested up to seven days before the class starts. The refund will be subject to a deduction for purchased materials and supplies, plus any bank transfer fees. Please be aware of this.
• No refunds will be issued after the course has begun, for any reason. Please consider carefully before registering.
• The organizer reserves the right of final decision. In the event of any disputes arising from refunds, the organizer reserves the right to reject any refund requests and holds the final decision.
• To protect and respect the instructor's intellectual property rights, photography, audio recording, and video recording by non-staff members in any form are not permitted. However, students may photograph their own creations.

• For online video classes, after successful registration, the instructor will send you the video conferencing link before the class begins.
• Please download the required teaching software and ensure a stable internet connection before the class starts.
• For online video classes, the teaching content is not compromised. We will mail you a materials package before the class begins.
• Please be online punctually at the scheduled time. Feel free to ask any questions, and the instructor will provide answers. Learn with peace of mind without direct contact with others!
**| How to Receive Your Materials Package |**
• Courier or Convenience Store Pickup: The package will be sent to the default shipping address you provided on the registration form or through the Pinkoi system. Please verify that your shipping address is correct!
• Materials package preparation takes approximately 7 days. Due to recent uncertainties related to the pandemic, the actual delivery time will depend on the logistics arrangements.
• The course price includes the shipping fee for the materials package. Some equipment items need to be self-provided.
