. After payment, Pinkoi will provide a confirmation email. No physical tickets will be mailed. Please present your successful registration notification email or order confirmation on the day of your class for entry.
. Materials provided in the handmade experience class are for individual use only and cannot be shared by two people.
. Cancellations due to consumer's personal reasons will incur a 30% handling fee.
. In case of force majeure events such as natural disasters, we will proactively contact you for rescheduling or a refund.
. Dates can be changed up to 3 days before the event. Changes are limited to one instance. If there is a price difference after rescheduling, the difference will be refunded or paid accordingly.
