Use a soft tape measure or thread to wrap around your wrist at that position, measuring the circumference. The measurement should be "snug but not tight, just fitting comfortably." Finally, select the closest whole number wrist size. We will craft the bracelet to this measurement to ensure a comfortable fit and allow for slight movement. 2️⃣ If your wrist measurement has a decimal, for example, 14.5cm, you can choose either 14cm or 15cm: 14cm will be a closer fit yet still allow movement, while 15cm will be looser and more comfortable. 3️⃣ If adjustments are required due to measurement errors, please note the following: Within 7 days: Upon receiving the bracelet, please notify us within 7 days and send it back for adjustment at no additional charge. Exceeding 7 days but less than 14 days: If you notify us for adjustment after wearing for more than 7 days, you will be responsible for the return shipping fee. Exceeding 14 days: Please utilize the re-stringing service via your warranty card or opt for a paid service of $100 for re-stringing and modification fees.
