Please avoid direct sunlight. Keep in a dry, well-ventilated environment for storage of over two years.
To clean dust, use a hairdryer on a cool setting or gently brush with a soft brush.
Dried flowers are delicate and some shedding during transit is normal. We will do our best to package and ship them securely.
If you are concerned about this, you are welcome to pick up your order in person (Exit 2, Sanmin Senior High School MRT Station, Luzhou).

Custom colors are available; feel free to send us a message.
If any flowers are unavailable, we will substitute them with suitable alternatives while maintaining the color scheme and overall aesthetic.
