Each class session is 4 hours:
Class A: 10:30 AM - 2:30 PM
Class B: 12:30 PM - 4:30 PM
As some parts will need to be completed at home, the course requires 2 sessions, totaling 8 hours to be completed within 2 weeks.
(Each session includes a 30-minute buffer for finishing touches.)
Completion time may vary based on individual pace. It is recommended to avoid scheduling important activities immediately after the class.

* To ensure teaching quality, only registered participants are allowed in the studio. Entry is permitted 5 minutes before the class begins. Please do not arrive too early to avoid waiting.
(Participants aged 10-15 require one parent to be present for the entire session for supervision and assistance; no additional fee for the accompanying parent.)
* We cannot provide individual explanations for latecomers during the class. Please do not be late to avoid disrupting the other participants. To ensure the rights of other students, entry will not be permitted for those arriving more than 10 minutes late. You will need to reschedule your class.
* Food and drinks are not allowed in the studio, but you may bring beverages and small snacks. Snacks are also available in the studio for participants to refuel.
* Classes may be filmed and photographed for use as marketing material on our brand website. If you do not wish to be filmed, please inform the staff on-site to avoid being captured. By not informing us, you agree to Dottie Studio's use of your likeness, recordings, and images of your work.
* The studio operates on a reservation basis. Course bookings are non-cancellable, non-refundable, and cannot be rescheduled on the day of the class. The following circumstances allow for one reschedule or transfer of booking within two months:
1. Weather conditions: Government declares a suspension of work and classes in the region.
2. Emergencies: Such as power outages or equipment malfunctions that prevent the class from proceeding.
3. Lateness.
4. Special circumstances: Such as illness or traffic accidents, which can be discussed.
