* To ensure the quality of instruction, only registered participants are permitted to enter the classroom. Doors open 5 minutes before the session starts; please avoid arriving too early to prevent long waits.
(Children aged 10-15 must be accompanied by one parent throughout the session to assist with the creation; no extra fee for co-creation.)
* We cannot provide separate instruction for late arrivals. Please do not be late, as it may disrupt the flow for other students. To protect the rights of other participants, entry will not be permitted after 10 minutes past the start time; please reschedule your session.
* Food is prohibited in the classroom; you may bring drinks with lids to avoid spills.
* The session will be recorded and photographed for use as marketing material on the brand website. If you do not wish to appear in the content, please notify staff on-site to be excluded from filming. If no notification is given, you consent to Dottie Studio using images or videos of your portrait and work.
* The studio operates by appointment only. Course bookings cannot be cancelled, refunded, or rescheduled on the day of the event. The following circumstances allow for one rescheduling or transfer within a two-month period:
1. Weather factors: Government authorities declare a work and school closure for the region.
2. Emergency situations: e.g., power outages or equipment failure preventing the course from taking place.
3. Lateness.
4. Special circumstances: e.g., sudden illness or traffic accidents, which can be discussed.
