・Transportation: Take the Red Line MRT to "Aozihdi Station," Exit 3. Walk straight along Boyai 2nd Road for approximately 6 minutes. Turn right onto Mingcheng 2nd Road. You will see "Louis Electric Company Kaohsiung Plant" on the opposite side. The entrance to the crafting classroom is next to "睦 MARS Maker Space." Walk straight to the end of the corridor and take the elevator to the fifth floor.

・If you register the day before or on the day of the class, please contact us to confirm if the class is confirmed before registering.
・After completing your order and checkout, your purchase details serve as your registration confirmation. No physical tickets will be issued. Please arrive at the venue for check-in at your scheduled session time. No separate SMS or pre-class notifications will be sent.
・Orders that are placed but not checked out are considered incomplete registrations. Once a session is full, enrollment will be closed immediately, and unpaid orders will not be included in the participant list.
・If you are unable to attend or wish to reschedule after payment, please contact us via our fan page or call (02) 2371-4171 at least 3 days in advance. The rules are as follows:
。According to Article 9, Paragraph 1, Subparagraph 4 of the Compulsory Education Act and Article 33 of the Regulations for Short-Term Tutoring Classes, as announced by the Executive Yuan's Consumer Protection Committee, refunds are based on the following:
A. For refund requests submitted sixty days or more before the class start date, 95% of the actual paid fee will be refunded.
B. For refund requests submitted between fifty-nine days and eight days before the class start date, 90% of the actual paid fee will be refunded.
C. For refund requests submitted between seven days and one day before the class start date, 80% of the actual paid fee will be refunded.
。Rescheduling is permitted for sessions within the following 2 months, provided you actively notify us of your chosen session. Failure to do so will be considered forfeiture. If you cannot adhere to the rescheduling timeframe, you must opt for a refund.
。On the day of the class, as materials and seating arrangements will have been prepared by the instructor, no refunds or rescheduling will be accepted. Failure to attend will be considered forfeiture.
。To ensure the rights of other participants, anyone arriving 15 minutes or more after the scheduled start time will be considered to have forfeited their spot.
。For refunds, please contact us and provide your bank account number and account name. All refunds will be processed via cash transfer.
・Participants must be 10 years of age or older to register for this event.
・Only ticket holders may participate. Accompanying persons who have not purchased tickets are not permitted to enter or join the activity. Exceptions include children who require parental assistance to complete the activity independently, or in special cases where parent-child participation is required; please inquire with the venue in advance.
・If the number of registered participants for a session falls below 6 two days before the event starts, xiabenhow reserves the right to cancel the session and offer a reschedule or a full refund.
・Please arrive on time for the event. To ensure a smooth experience, please avoid being late.
・Outside food and beverages are not permitted in the crafting classroom. This workshop includes complimentary self-serve iced black tea or green tea.
・Participants are expected to adhere to the rules of the venue and follow the instructions of the on-site instructor.
・In case of natural disasters or other force majeure events, xiabenhow will proactively contact participants for rescheduling or refunds.
・The organizer may take photos and videos during the event for documentation and promotional purposes on xiabenhow's social media channels. By participating, you grant permission for the use of your image in event recaps and future promotional materials.
・If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform a staff member at the event, and we will make arrangements accordingly.
