🔸 Each event will start when the number of people reaches 1 person, and the class will be full with 6 people. If the number of registrations for the event does not reach 3 three days before the event start date, Qingshou Zuozao has the right to cancel the event and notify you to change the event or refund.
🔸 Since we need to prepare materials 3 days before the event, no refunds will be accepted for cancellations within 3 days from the day before the event.
🔸 If the course activity needs to be rescheduled, please inform us 3 days before the activity. If not informed, a material preparation fee of NT$300 will be charged.
🔸 Only registered participants are allowed to participate. Non-registered persons are not allowed to accompany or participate in the event together.
🔸 Admission opens 15 minutes before the event. In order to allow the experience to proceed smoothly, please be careful not to be late.
🔸 Consumers should abide by the rules of the event venue and cooperate with the instructions of the on-site instructor. If there is any violation and damage is caused, the consumer shall be responsible for it.
🔸 If due to force majeure factors such as natural disasters, Qing Handmade Soap will proactively contact you to postpone or refund.
🔸 If participation in the event is terminated due to reasons that are not responsible for Green Handmade Soap, no refund will be given.
🔸 If classes are suspended due to force majeure such as natural disasters, Qing Handmade Soap will proactively contact us for an extension or refund. In the event of a typhoon, the class suspension standards announced by the event venue will be the class start and refund standards, regardless of the location of the participants.
🔸 The organizer will take side photos of the experience activities as needed and upload them to the Green Handmade Soap Community after the event. In the future, the organizer may use photos and images containing your portrait for event records or other recruitment channel promotions. If you do not want to be photographed, you can inform the staff at the event site and we will take note and make special arrangements.
