
Teacher Nana (Dong Wenhui) and teacher MOMO (He Wanru), who have obtained the qualifications of Japanese SSI sake brewer and wine lecturer and international sake taster, will lead the students to learn the basics and understand the brewing and cultural background of sake. Through tasting seasonal spring sake, they will feel the aroma and taste of sake, cultivate the ability to appreciate sake and find the type of sake that suits them, and experience the charm of seasonal sake in depth!
Course Content
1. Understanding sake culture: from sake history and culture to seasonal spring sake
2. Basics of sake: Learn about the basic concepts of sake production, from raw materials to brewing.
3. SSI’s sake classification: Learn to distinguish the aroma and taste of sake.
4. Sake tasting skills: teaching and skills on tasting and choosing wine vessels.
5. Actual tasting of four types of sake: Practice tasting and exchange ideas through four types of spring sake.
