On the back, we have printed the lyrics of ``Uta no Nakachi'' by Hideaki Kurimoto, a musician from Kyoto whom I respect.
A fusion of the wonderful lyrics of Azukiarai and Kurimoto, who looked forward with strength even in a dilapidated situation where they didn't know if they would be alive tomorrow.
I ended up with something that I really liked.
This product also goes well with shochu, wine, sake, and whiskey on the rocks.
You could also add yogurt or granola.
