60-count salt-shrunk enzyme-washed high-density long-staple cotton.
Before weaving, the cotton fibers of the yarn are combed and strengthened, cleaned, and then tightly woven, resulting in a smooth and delicate fabric surface.
The plain weave, compared to regular cotton, offers more density than softness. Upon close inspection, it has a paper-like translucence with a subtle structure.
Treated with patented fruit enzyme pre-processing and subjected to salt-shrinking and sand-washing, it achieves a naturally bouncy, slightly crinkled texture.
The finishing process omits silicone oil and chemical softeners, allowing the yarn to remain naturally fluffy.
