• Entry begins 15 minutes before the event. To ensure the smooth progression of the course, please arrive on time. Late arrivals exceeding 15 minutes will not be admitted and are non-refundable.
• Drinking water is available on-site.
• Participants are expected to adhere to the venue rules and follow the instructor's guidance. Any damages caused by violations will be the responsibility of the participant.
• In case of force majeure events such as natural disasters leading to class cancellations, Le bonheur lab will proactively contact participants for rescheduling or refunds. For typhoons, the cancellation and refund standards announced by the event's location will apply, irrespective of the participant's location.
• If participation is terminated due to reasons not attributable to Le bonheur lab, no refund will be issued.
• In the event of refunds or cancellations, all invoice adjustments will be handled by Guoyi Cultural and Creative.
• The organizer may take photos and videos during the event for documentation and promotional purposes, which may be uploaded to Le bonheur lab's social media. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform a staff member at the venue, and arrangements will be made.
