This agate slice is an artificially enhanced product. Colors and gold edges are applied through electroplating. Only the gray version is natural. 2. Agate slices vary in cut angles, resulting in inconsistent lengths and widths. However, the basic dimensions will be 3-4cm in width and 6-7cm in length. 3. Please contact us via message before ordering. Not all colors may be available; some may require waiting for supplier delivery. The calligraphy style, lettering, and decorative borders can be discussed. 4. Each agate slice will be packaged in an exquisite jewelry box, suitable for gifting or personal use. 5. Please communicate with the designer before placing your order. In the order notes, please specify the desired text and whether decorative borders are needed. 6. Agate slices may have exposed electroplated pins along the edges. Lily will ensure these are not sharp before shipping and will seal any rough areas with UV glue for protection. 7. Upon completion, a photo of the finished product will be sent for your confirmation. Once approved, a protective coating will be applied to preserve the lettering. If you prefer no coating, please indicate this in the notes. 8. Agate slices are natural stones that have been cut and processed. Cracks, cloudiness, uneven edges, and small pits are natural occurrences and should be expected by customers when ordering. 9. As we have a wide selection of agate slices, we are unable to offer individual selection. The customization scope for this product is limited to the written content and color. After selecting a color, Lily will choose an agate slice that best suits your custom text for calligraphy.✨ 10. Keychains are considered consumable items.
