It transforms the effort put into work into ripening ears of rice, symbolizing gradual accumulation leading to a bountiful harvest. The peonies and blooming flowers in the upper left and lower right corners represent wealth and prosperity in the new year. The paired orioles, doves of peace, and the motif of a gently flowing stream, along with other small details, not only enrich the artwork but also convey aspirations for the year ahead.
