⭓ Please read the notes and cancellation/change policies carefully before placing an order. Placing an order signifies your agreement with the experience rules.
⭓ After the artwork is completed, the instructor will assist with processing to make it more sturdy. This requires approximately 7 working days. Once completed, the instructor will send an email notification for pick-up. If you have any special requests, please communicate with the instructor beforehand! International travelers can contact us via email in advance for assistance!
⭓ Please arrive 10 minutes before the activity begins. Punctuality is recommended as the instructor will provide a unified explanation.
⭓ To protect personal privacy, photos and videos taken during the experience will be used solely for promotional purposes by this organization and related activities. If you do not consent, please inform the organizer proactively.
⭓ Weather Impact: In the event of unforeseen natural disasters such as typhoons or earthquakes, the organizer reserves the right to reschedule or modify the experience content. Once the event ticket is sold, no refunds will be issued. If you are unable to attend the event, you may transfer the ticket to another participant or reschedule for a time slot within one month of the original date. Changes made within 48 hours prior to the experience will incur a processing fee of NT$500. Arriving more than half an hour late will be considered as forfeiting your right to attend the class.
