⭓ After the artwork is completed, the instructor will assist with processing to make it more sturdy. This requires approximately 7 working days. Once completed, the instructor will send an email notification for pick-up. If you have any special requests, please communicate with the instructor beforehand! International travelers can contact us via email in advance for assistance!
⭓ Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the activity begins. We recommend arriving on time as the instructor will provide a unified explanation.
⭓ To protect personal privacy, photos and videos taken during the experience will only be used for promotional purposes by this unit and related activities. If you do not agree, please inform the organizer proactively.
⭓ Weather Impact: In the event of unforeseen natural disasters such as typhoons or earthquakes, the organizer reserves the right to reschedule or modify the experience content. Once the event ticket is sold, no refunds will be provided. If you are unable to attend the event, you may transfer the ticket to another participant or change to another time slot within one month of your original booking. Changes made within 48 hours prior to the experience will incur a processing fee of NT$500. Arriving more than half an hour late for your scheduled experience will be considered a forfeiture of your participation rights.
