⭓ Please carefully read the notes and the cancellation/modification policy below before ordering. Placing an order signifies your agreement to the experience terms.
⭓ After your artwork is completed, the instructor will assist in reinforcing it, which requires approximately 7 working days. You will receive an email notification for pick-up upon completion. Please feel free to communicate any special requests to the instructor beforehand! International travelers can email us in advance for assistance!
⭓ Please arrive 10 minutes prior to the scheduled activity time. Punctuality is recommended as the instructor will provide a unified briefing.
⭓ To protect personal privacy, any photos or videos taken during the experience will be used solely for promotional purposes by our studio and related activities. If you do not consent, please inform the organizer proactively.
⭓ Impact of Weather: In the event of unforeseen natural disasters such as typhoons or earthquakes, the organizer reserves the right to reschedule or modify the experience. Once sold, tickets are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another participant or reschedule for a time slot within one month of your original booking. Rescheduling within 48 hours of the experience will incur a NT$500 service fee. Arriving more than 30 minutes late will be considered forfeiture of your session.
