| Looking for a Team Building planting activity for large groups? |
"NEIGHBOR FOREST" designs and plans healing, handmade courses centered around plants and nature. Our diverse workshop options cater to all age groups, allowing individuals with varying planting experience to combine horticultural therapy with hands-on crafting. Through these workshops, participants engage with a variety of plants, helping them grow closer to nature, find a new appreciation for the natural world, and gain fresh perspectives on life.
| Benefits of choosing plants for Team Building |
From the perspective of horticultural therapy, engaging in gardening-related activities opens up sensory perception—observing, touching, smelling, and tasting. Participants learn about the diverse characteristics of plants, understand their growth needs, and master professional care techniques for potted plants. This connection to nature helps heal emotions and cultivate new hobbies, subtly enhancing team relationships, building cohesion, and sparking creativity—all while bringing greenery into the office, relieving stress, and increasing organizational vitality.
