**Recipe & flavour** **Recipe:** Made with pure butter, juicy sultanas, raisins, currants, sumptuous cherries, tangy orange and lemon peel, and a pinch of spice. Before baking, the dried vine fruits are soaked overnight in a smooth cognac brandy. **Flavour:** Deliciously rich, dark, moist, and fruity. The subtle flavour of the Cognac provides a very sophisticated taste and a distinctive fragrance, reminiscent of Christmas Pudding. **Presentation** Packaged in a beautiful keepsake tin, exclusive to Buckingham, decorated with a specially commissioned design in embossed Victorian style. 130mm diameter and 80mm high. **Shelf Life & Storage** 18 months. Ambient. Very resilient to long shipping times and different climates. Store in a cool, dry place, out of direct sunlight. No need to refrigerate.
