Storage Instructions** Our cookies contain no preservatives and can be kept at room temperature for three weeks, according to the expiry date indicated on the packaging. Please store in a cool, dry place at room temperature. Refrigeration is not required. For the best flavor, we recommend consuming within two weeks of arrival. **III. Pickup & Delivery Options** 1. **In-Person Pickup** (Please message us to arrange if you wish to pick up in person; we will set up free shipping for you~) A) Time: Weekdays 12:00 PM - 10:00 PM. Please confirm pickup time at least one day in advance. B) Location: Zhongxiao Fuxing MRT Station, Taipei 2. **Post Office Delivery**: Shipping fee within Taiwan is NT$85. Items are shipped 2 days prior to your desired arrival date. (Note: The postal carrier will not call the recipient. Please ensure someone is available to receive the package at the delivery address. If delivery is attempted twice without success, the package will be held at a nearby post office for pickup.) 3. **Convenience Store Pickup**: Shipping fee within Taiwan is NT$70. Items are shipped 4 days prior to your desired arrival date. **IV. Important Notes** 1. This is a custom-made product and is not subject to the "7-day cooling-off period" under the Consumer Protection Act. Therefore, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded after placement. 2. Delivery dates cannot be specified. For courier delivery, items will be shipped two business days before your desired arrival date. For convenience store pickup, items will be shipped four business days prior. For example, if you wish to receive your order on January 28, 2022 (Friday), courier delivery will be dispatched on January 26 (Wednesday), and convenience store pickup will be dispatched on January 24 (Monday). For urgent needs, we recommend in-person pickup for greater certainty! 3. Cookies will be carefully packaged with bubble wrap, but some breakage may occur during transit.
