The tradition of using Chinese herbal ingredients into hot bath has been passed down for thousand years. It is said that foot is the second heart of body and also the center of acupuncture points. We have been told by the ancestors, “If you want to plant a tree well, you need to keep the root. If you want to maintain good health, you need to take care of your foot.” Therefore, don’t ignore the importance of foot care. By bathing foot with Chinese herbal ingredients, people can have the acupuncture point stimulated and therefore keep the body warm. We put many Chinese herbal ingredients into our Chinese herbal food bath bags, which makes it easy for people to take care of their foot by foot bathing.

Water temperature: comfortable warm water. Do not put hot water which can burn your foot.
Water level: put the water level which is tall enough to reach halfway up your calves
Time: about 20 to 30 minutes each time. Do not bath over 30 minutes.
Use towel to dry your feet off after bathing.
If you have period cramps, bathing one week before the period is coming. It is the best time for bathing before you go to sleep.
