**★ Please specify the custom text in your order notes** **Product Details** Mug Care Instructions: ● Made in Taiwan, capacity 320CC, height 98mm, diameter 82mm (excluding handle). ● As this product is fragile, we currently do not accept orders from outside of Taiwan. ● Minor firing marks and bubbles along the curved edges are unavoidable during the ceramic firing process and are considered normal. Returns or exchanges will not be processed for these reasons. ● When washing, please avoid using harsh detergents or abrasive cleaning tools (such as scouring pads or steel wool), as these can scratch and damage the surface coating. Coaster Care Instructions: ● Ceramic coasters are produced through high-temperature firing. Minor imperfections like specks or indentations are normal occurrences during this process. ● Surface scratches and dust are unavoidable. There may be approximately a 10% variation in the quality of the unglazed base for each batch. The ink absorption levels in the pores of the ceramic may vary. This is especially noticeable when printing with pink or dark backgrounds, which can result in uneven color blocks or misty spots. The aforementioned conditions are considered normal and not defects. Perfectionists, please consider this before placing an order. ● Each set of coasters comes with a paper box. The non-slip pads are hand-applied and may occasionally be slightly off-center or angled. Product images are composite mockups for reference only. Actual product colors and proportions may have slight variations; the final product is the standard. This product is custom-made. Production time is calculated starting from the day after payment is completed and requires 7-10 days (excluding weekends and holidays). As this product is fragile, we currently do not accept orders from outside of Taiwan. All products in our store are custom-made. Production will commence only after full payment.
