*The preserved and hydrangea flower materials used in our studio are imported from Japan from a renowned Japanese brand. Due to their stable quality and excellent dyeing techniques, their sourcing cost is higher. While roses made in mainland China may be cheaper, their quality is inferior. We are committed to crafting high-quality products with care for everyone. Additionally, most of our dried flower materials are also imported from Japan's大地農園 (Ochi Nōen) organic flower collection, with only a small portion sourced from Italy, Ecuador, Spain, or Taiwan. *Care Instructions: Please avoid placing the flowers in direct sunlight or humid environments. Using a dehumidifier or air conditioning is recommended to prolong their lifespan. Do not water them. If dust accumulates, gently brush it off with a watercolor brush or a soft brush. The duration of their beauty depends on your care, typically lasting 1-3 years, or even longer. As time passes, the flowers will gradually fade, offering a unique charm of their own! 1. All products are photographed in kind. Due to differences in screen resolution and color settings, the colors may vary slightly from the actual product. 2. In support of environmental protection, clean, pre-used cardboard boxes are utilized for shipping. To ensure the safe arrival of your order, protective measures will be taken during transit. Occasionally, logistics may cause delays of 1-2 days. It is advisable to allow for extra time in advance. As the products are inherently delicate, a small amount of flower debris falling off during shipping is normal. If there is severe damage, please provide us with photos immediately, and we will promptly assist you! 3. Each purchase includes a beautifully packaged gift box. If you require a greeting card, please specify the occasion in the remarks section using the provided English codes: A. Grand Opening (Printed) B. Housewarming (Printed) C. Flower materials are subject to seasonal availability. In the event of a shortage, the floral artist will substitute with similar or comparable materials, while maintaining the original color palette and style. As flowers are natural, their growth direction and size will vary. Furthermore, each batch of dyed flowers may have slight color variations, meaning the finished product will not be 100% identical to the original image. Please consider this carefully if you are concerned. Thank you! 5. Custom orders are welcome. We can discuss your budget, size, purpose, color scheme, and pickup date. For custom orders, payment is required upfront before production begins. Once the color scheme is confirmed and production commences, changes will not be permitted. Otherwise, a material fee of 1000 TWD will be charged. Upon completion, we will send you photos for confirmation and allow for one adjustment (not a change in color scheme).
