1. Introduction to metalworking tools & guided demonstration by a professional metalworking instructor.
2. Measuring your size.
3. Crafting your piece using sterling silver, including sawing and filing.
4. Texturizing the surface with various tools.
5. Soldering and shaping.
6. Polishing and finishing.

. Workshops are by appointment only. Please indicate your desired date and time in the order notes. Customer service will contact you to confirm your reservation.
. After payment, Pinkoi will provide a confirmation email. No physical tickets will be issued. Please present your booking confirmation email or order details on the day of your experience for entry.
. Materials provided for the hands-on experience workshop are for individual use only and cannot be shared by two people.
. Cancellations due to personal reasons will incur a 30% service fee.
. In case of force majeure events such as natural disasters, we will proactively contact you for rescheduling or a refund.
. Dates can be changed up to 3 days before the event. Changes are limited to one instance. If there is a price difference after the change, the difference will be refunded or paid accordingly.

For hands-on experiences, basic crafting is completed during the workshop.
Optional advanced processing will be handled by a professional jeweler after the session. Your piece will not be available for immediate pickup on the same day.
