・The maximum number of guests in each group is 8 people (J33 ship type) / 15 people, the captain and security personnel are not included in the calculation.
・Considering the inconvenience after going out to sea, pregnant women, infants, and people with chronic diseases are not recommended to board the ship, and no pets are allowed.
・Children under the age of 3 (inclusive) are not allowed to participate in this activity. If there are children over the age of 3, each must be accompanied by a parent or guardian throughout the journey.
・In addition to the captain, each ship is equipped with a guard.
**｜Cancellation Policy｜**
・The company will actively contact you three days before the departure date to update the weather forecast on the day of the event. In case of bad weather or irresistible factors (such as mechanical failure of the ship or other necessary circumstances, etc.), based on safety considerations, the company and the captain have the right to temporarily change or cancel the scheduled route, destination and itinerary. Passengers will Reserve the right to postpone or refund in full, the final decision will be based on the company.
If the itinerary is canceled due to personal factors, if you cancel before 14 days (inclusive) on the day of the event, you will receive a full refund; if you cancel before 8 to 15 days (inclusive) on the day of the event, you will receive a 50% refund; if you cancel before 3 to 7 days (inclusive) on the day of the event, 30% refund; Cancellation within 3 days of the activity day, no further refund. Refunds will be made by remittance, and consumers will be charged a handling fee of 10% of the face value.
・If bad weather or typhoon prevents you from sailing, you can choose to change the itinerary date or get a full refund, based on the information from the Central Meteorological Bureau.
・Definition of bad weather: wave height above 1.8 meters, waves above medium, wind level above level 5, sea typhoon warning, which will be confirmed one day before departure at the latest.
・If the ship is unable to sail due to mechanical problems, we will refund the full amount. Expenses that are not directly related to this experience itinerary, such as accommodation, are not covered by the company.
・If the leased items of the company are damaged, seriously soiled or lost due to improper human factors and improper use, all related expenses for compensation or maintenance shall be reimbursed according to the residual value of the leased items.
