Grain patterns and insect bite marks are natural phenomena. The surface has been treated with a finishing agent; if dirty, gently wipe with a wet wipe. ★ Do not use cleaning agents or volatile products containing alcohol for wiping. ★ All products are purely handmade. Do not expose to fire, water, sharp objects, or excessive pulling. ★ Warranty Period: Two years. ★ Warranty Scope: New product defects, detachment of bracelet or necklace connectors, detachment of leather hardware, etc. ★ Upon receiving the product, please inspect it immediately to ensure it is correct. If you receive the wrong product or if there is a defect caused during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of arrival. We will assist you with returns or exchanges/repairs for customized items. Please return the original item with its original packaging within 5 days of contact; failure to do so will be considered an abandonment of return/exchange rights. Please maintain the completeness of the product; it must be "brand new and unused." All packaging, including the product, outer box, accessories, inner and outer packaging, product card or shipping slip, random documents, gifts, etc., must be returned together. We regret that returns or exchanges cannot be processed if any items are missing or if the product is damaged or incomplete. ★ During the warranty period, bracelets or necklaces that break or detach can be repaired free of charge. ★ If the product is cracked, damaged, or a part is lost due to external impact or improper human use, we will assess if it can be repaired and charge a reasonable fee for materials. ★ Except for new product defects where the buyer bears the return shipping cost, we will cover the shipping cost for returning the repaired item. For all other repairs, the buyer will be responsible for the round-trip postage. ★ Before sending an item for repair, please contact us to obtain a repair number; otherwise, we will not accept it. ★ Please ensure all returned items for repair are placed in a sealed zip-lock bag and packaged with protective materials such as bubble wrap before shipping. We are not responsible for any further damage that may occur during transit. ★ Repair time is approximately 1-4 weeks, depending on the condition of the item needing repair, as some may need to be sent back to the factory for restoration. If materials are out of stock or discontinued, especially for natural stones where identical or similar items may not be available, we may not be able to repair it if no alternative solution exists. We appreciate your understanding. ★ For items outside the warranty period or scope, repairs will be quoted. We reserve the right to refuse repair services.
