Within three months from the date of purchase, non-human-induced damage is eligible for free repair, including diamond replacement (for stones under 0.3ct) and one complimentary re-plating for original plated items. Repairs after the warranty period will incur a service fee. Basic cleaning and maintenance are complimentary for life. 2. Customized and fully bespoke items are created according to individual requirements. Once the design is confirmed and the order is placed, modifications or cancellations are not accepted. 3. For in-stock items, returns or exchanges are accepted within seven days of purchase, provided the original packaging remains intact.
