〈About the product〉
※ UV resin is used to reinforce the metal fittings and the base of the Kintsugi area. Please understand that there may be slight resin overflow.
※ The metal fittings may be changed to silver for some products (such as those with translucent materials like sea glass or natural stones). The material will not change, so please rest assured.
※ What is Kintsugi... It is a traditional Japanese technique for restoring ceramics that are damaged due to chips, cracks, or breaks, using urushi lacquer and gold powder to make them even more beautiful.
※ We use new urushi, which is less likely to cause reactions, and gold powder (brass powder), rather than genuine urushi.
※ As natural stones are natural, they may contain impurities, fine scratches, or small chips. Please understand that these are natural characteristics.
※ Please understand that glaze variations are characteristic of handmade items.
In particular, Mino ware tiles often have variations on their sides.
※ Individual differences in allergies to metals, resin, and urushi lacquer exist. If you experience any skin discomfort, please discontinue use and consult a dermatologist.
We are not responsible for any injuries or allergic reactions caused by the product.
※ The actual color may differ slightly from the image depending on your monitor, brightness, and screen environment.
〈Care instructions〉
※ Please handle gently, as applying strong force may cause breakage.
※ Please be careful not to rub the Kintsugi area vigorously or soak it in water for extended periods, as this may cause it to come off.
When cleaning, gently wipe away dirt with a soft cloth.
※ Store away from high temperatures, humidity, and direct sunlight.

..................
※ What is Kintsugi (also known as Kintsukuroi)... It is a unique Japanese traditional repair method that joins broken or chipped ceramics using urushi lacquer and gold powder. We use a simplified Kintsugi method for our creations. Unlike genuine urushi made from the sap of lacquer trees, we use new urushi, which is less prone to causing reactions, and brass powder for the gold component. UV resin is also used for reinforcement.
