Unlike flawless PU or patent leather, vegetable-tanned leather is natural and eco-friendly, retaining unique patterns and marks from the cow's growth process, such as scars, insect bites, growth lines, and veins. These are not defects. Minor indentations or scratches during processing, transportation, and crafting are also considered normal as long as the leather surface is not damaged. In respect for life and natural materials, we do not (and cannot) completely avoid these, except for large scars. Please consider this carefully if you are sensitive. The finished product cannot be compared to perfectly machine-made items, but it possesses a unique warmth and texture. Furthermore, with time and use, the leather will develop its own patina, darkening and gaining luster, gradually revealing a unique personal character. This is the characteristic of vegetable-tanned leather, making each leather piece uniquely captivating. ► Color Variations Firstly, screen displays can have color differences. Additionally, even within the same brand, leather colors can vary between different batches, storage durations, and even different parts of the same hide due to varying absorption rates. Colors will not be consistent between consecutive orders; please refer to the actual product. ► About Customization (No Free Look Period. No Returns or Exchanges) This product is a [Custom Order]. Please specify your customization requests, such as "stitching color" and "embossed text and font," when ordering. If no specifications are provided, it implies consent for the designer to choose the stitching color and leave the embossing area blank. As each order is "customized," it cannot be resold to others (the finished product cannot have its stitching changed or text re-embossed). Therefore, unless there is an error in the specifications, our "customized products" do not have a free look period, nor do we accept returns or exchanges for any reason (such as too loose/tight, rough leather/workmanship, inaccurate color, poor texture, not meeting expectations, etc.). We understand that "online customization" can feel risky. If you have very specific standards, it might be safer to purchase from a physical store.
