The making time is 4-10 business days, depending on the order queue. No last-minute changes or malicious order cancellations are accepted. 🔺 Rush orders are not accepted. All candles use natural soy wax and imported fragrance oils. The fragrance oils are IFRA certified, safe for pregnant women, children, and pets. · Production begins after ordering. Frosting, color bleeding, minor air bubbles, and surface unevenness are normal phenomena. Please consider this if you are a perfectionist. · Orders totaling less than $150 (excluding shipping) will not be processed. · If separate packaging is required, please inform us in advance; otherwise, all items will be packaged together. · When burning uncased candles, please use a candle holder, plate, or paper to catch the melted wax. · When purchasing items with a "cream" effect, color bleeding is a normal occurrence. · Candles are fragile items.
