Unlike seemingly flawless PU leather or patent leather, vegetable-tanned leather is natural and eco-friendly. It preserves the unique textures and marks from the cow's growth process, such as scars, insect bites, growth lines, blood vessels, etc. These marks are not defects. During processing, transportation, and production, minor indentations or scratches may occur, which are considered normal within the acceptable range unless the leather surface is damaged. In respect for life and natural materials, we will not (and cannot) completely avoid these, except for large scars. Please consider this carefully if you are concerned. The finished product cannot be compared to the perfect products produced by machines but possesses a delicate warmth and texture. Furthermore, with time and different usage habits, the leather will develop personal scratch marks, darken, and gain a patina, gradually presenting a unique appearance. This is the characteristic of vegetable-tanned leather, making each leather product uniquely charming. ► Color Firstly, screen displays have color differences. Secondly, even within the same brand, there can be variations in leather color between different batches, or due to different storage times. Even on the same hide, different parts may have different textures and dye absorption. Colors will not be consistent between two orders placed at different times; please refer to the actual product. ► About Customization This product is "Made to Order." Please specify your custom requests, such as "stitching color" and "embossing text and font," when ordering. If no specifications are provided, it will be assumed that you agree to the designer's choice of "stitching color" and that the "embossed text" will be left blank. As each order is "customized," it cannot be resold to others (finished products cannot have stitching changed or text re-embossed). Therefore, unless there is a mistake in the specifications, our "customized products" do not have a return or exchange policy. We do not accept returns or exchanges for this reason.
