Unlike seemingly flawless PU leather or patent leather, vegetable-tanned leather is natural and environmentally friendly. It retains the unique patterns and marks from the cow's growth process, such as scars, insect bites, growth lines, veins, etc. These marks are not defects. During processing, transportation, and production, slight indentations or scratches may occur. As long as the leather surface is not damaged, these will be considered within the normal range. Out of respect for life and natural materials, we will not (and cannot) completely avoid these, except for major abrasions. The finished product cannot be compared to the perfect consistency of machine production but possesses a delicate warmth and texture. Furthermore, with time and usage, the leather will develop its own unique character, showing scratches, deepening in color, and gaining a patina, slowly revealing a one-of-a-kind appearance. This is the characteristic of vegetable-tanned leather that makes each leather piece uniquely charming. ► Color Firstly, screen displays have color differences. Secondly, even within the same brand, leather color can vary between different batches, storage times, and even different parts of the same hide due to varying absorption rates. The color will not be consistent between orders placed at different times; please refer to the actual product. ► About Customization This product is "Made to Order." Please specify your customization requests, such as "stitching color" and "embossed text and font," when ordering. If no specifications are provided during ordering, it will be assumed that you agree to the designer's choice for "stitching color" and "embossed text" will be left blank. As each order is "customized," it cannot be resold to others (the finished product cannot have its stitching changed or text re-embossed). Therefore, unless there is an error in the specifications, our "customized products" do not have a trial period and do not accept returns or exchanges.
