For children, it trains finger dexterity, fine motor skills, hand-eye coordination, and concentration. For adults, this simple, repetitive, slow action can bring about inner peace. The tactile sensation of hands on the wood allows one to feel the texture and fineness of the block as it's sanded, until the desired finish is achieved. This is a process of self-expression and stress-relieving therapy. ✔ Happily Play with Colors, Paint Your Expressions "It takes me no more than a week to paint a self-portrait in which I see myself lucidly. But it takes me many years to paint the likeness of people I see every day." / Pablo Picasso Children paint with intuition and rich imagination. Never judge a child's artistic talent through an adult's perspective. A child's painting isn't taught; they are free artists. Listening to a child's expression through their art is more meaningful, as they reveal their observations and understanding of the world through their brushstrokes.
