Tai Chi Tea Bag-- Muzha Tieguanyin Oolong Tea

Picked from a wild tea plantation at an altitude of 350 meters in Maokong, Muzha, Delight Tea selects Tieguanyin, a rare tea plant variety in Taiwan, to make a one-tip three-leaf Tieguanyin tea. The tea plantation is located in a gravel land area with good drainage and sunshine, nourishing by rain and fog all the year round. The principal tea making process of Tieguanyin is repeatedly kneading tea leaves which wrapped in a cloth under a slow temperature, then baking it in a high temperature with longan firewood, and finally forming the tea in a firm and curly shape, like a dragonfly head. The brew of tea has a ripe roasted flavor with soft fruity acid taste. The charm of Tieguanyin is impressive. Its long lasting sweet after taste always refreshes your heart. The bag of tea, in a form of tight ball, is made of rolling organic snagging cotton. As the shape of the tea bag is similar to that of a doll practicing Tai Chi, it is given the name of Tai Chi tea bag.
