*All items are handmade. After your order is confirmed and payment is received, production and shipping will take 10-14 business days (excluding specially customized orders). If you have an urgent need for the item, please contact us to inquire.
*In the event of natural disasters, accidents, or other unforeseen circumstances that cause delivery delays, we will notify you of the delay. We appreciate your understanding.
*Shipping is handled by logistics partners and convenience store delivery services. The actual arrival time depends on the driver's delivery route and conditions, and specific delivery or arrival times cannot be guaranteed.
*All items come with a manually issued invoice. If you require a unified invoice number (統編), please be sure to note it in your order.
| After-Sales Service |
*All HYGGE ADORN products come with after-sales service, including a one-year warranty and lifetime basic cleaning and maintenance services. Within the one-year warranty period, non-human factor damage under normal use will be repaired free of charge once. Customized items, lost gemstones, or damage due to clear human factors are not covered by the warranty. If repairs are needed, a fee may be charged depending on the situation.
*Lost warranty cards will not be reissued; please keep them in a safe place.
*HYGGE ADORN reserves the right to refuse after-sales service for products without a warranty card or those not from HYGGE ADORN.
*All round-trip shipping costs for after-sales service will be borne by the consumer.
*All after-sales services (ring size adjustment, chain length adjustment, cleaning and maintenance, breakage repair, gemstone detachment) require the inclusion of the product warranty card. Service history will be recorded on the warranty card. Please contact us to apply for after-sales service.
| Product Description |
*All items undergo professional quality control inspection before shipping. If you receive a defective item, please keep it intact and notify us within 3 days of receipt, providing photos of the defective area for assessment. The following are not considered defects:
#Color Difference: The color of product photos may vary due to different browsing devices and settings. Please refer to the actual color of the item received.
#Size: Minor discrepancies of 0.5-1cm in size may occur due to different measurement methods, which is considered normal.
#Solder Joints: While items are handcrafted with precision, minor solder joints may be present, such as at the junction of ear studs and earrings, or at necklace connections. Slight unevenness from soldering is normal.
#Gemstones: All items use natural gemstones. Each gemstone has unique inclusions and textures. Natural black spots, black lines, feather cracks, or internal cloudiness within gemstones are normal occurrences.
#Pearls: All items use natural pearls, each a unique gem with its own natural luster. While we select pearls for consistency, no two pearls will be exactly alike.
| Return Policy |
*All items in the store (excluding customized items) are eligible for a 7-day appreciation period, calculated from the day after the item is signed for until the 7th day. Please inspect the contents of your order immediately upon receipt. Returns cannot be accepted after the 7-day appreciation period. The 7-day appreciation period is not a trial period; please do not wear the jewelry extensively before returning it. The following situations are not eligible for returns:
#Exceeding the 7-day appreciation period.
#The item is not returned in its original packaging box and carton.
#Incomplete or damaged accessories and invoice, such as paper invoice, warranty card, envelope, gift box, paper bag, kraft carton, earring backs, etc., that were included with the item.
#Non-normal trial wear; the item shows clear signs of prolonged wear and tear or soiling.
#The item has been altered, such as by engraving or adjusting size or chain length.
#Promotional gifts are not returned.
#The item is damaged due to human factors upon return shipping.
#Engraved items are considered custom orders and are not eligible for the 7-day appreciation period.
*As per court rulings, custom-made items created according to the consumer's request are not subject to the 7-day appreciation period, and therefore, custom items cannot be returned.
*Return shipping costs will be borne by HYGGE ADORN. However, if the original order amount falls below the free shipping threshold after the return, the original shipping fee will be deducted from the refund. If the original order amount exceeds the free shipping threshold, no shipping fee will be charged.
*Each order is eligible for one free return shipping service. If you need to add or return items within the 7-day appreciation period, you will be responsible for the shipping costs. To avoid disputes, please confirm the condition of the items before initiating a return.
*If a return causes the order to no longer qualify for a promotional offer, the discount will be deducted from the refund.
*If you return items without specific reason more than 3 times within one year, HYGGE ADORN will classify you as a blacklist customer for six months.
