- Each year, Miaoli City hosts the vibrant "Panglong" festival, a series of captivating events from crafting the dragon, a street parade, and the dramatic "bombing" of the dragon, culminating in its ceremonial return to the heavens. This celebration infuses the city with a lively spirit. In homage to this tradition, we've specially incorporated Maoli Black Tea, cultivated in local, eco-friendly tea gardens, finely ground and blended into our cookies. This creation echoes the Panglong festival, offering a delightful crunch with a lingering, sweet aftertaste of black tea and the floral, fruity notes reminiscent of oolong tea flowers.
