2. Measuring your size.
3. Begin crafting with sterling silver materials, including sawing and filing.
4. Use various tools to forge unique surface textures.

. After payment, Pinkoi will provide a confirmation email. No physical tickets will be issued. Please present your booking confirmation email or order details upon arrival.
. Materials provided for the handmade experience are for individual use and cannot be shared by two people.
. Cancellations made due to personal reasons will incur a 30% handling fee.
. In case of force majeure events such as natural disasters, we will contact you proactively to reschedule or process a refund.
. Dates can be changed up to 3 days prior to the event. Changes are limited to one instance. If the rescheduled date incurs a price difference, the difference will be settled accordingly.
. Cancellations after rescheduling will incur a 30% handling fee.
. Participants must be 12 years of age or older to join this activity.
Handmade experiences include basic crafting.
Optional add-on services for professional finishing by a metalcraft artist require additional processing time. Your work cannot be taken on the same day.
The crafting process typically takes 20–30 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Upon completion, you will be notified to arrange for pickup or shipping.
