Daily Maintenance:
[Reminder Regarding Knife Cleaning]
1. Wash with water or mild detergent only. Dishwashers and dish dryers are not recommended as they can affect the lifespan of the wooden handle.
2. After washing, air dry the knife and store it in a cool place. Avoid direct sunlight, which can affect the wooden handle's longevity.
3. Do not use steel wool or similar cleaning tools, as they can damage the knife's surface and shorten its lifespan.
[Regarding Maintenance During Food Preparation]
1. After cutting acidic or sticky foods, be sure to wash the knife thoroughly.
2. Always thaw frozen foods before using the knife to avoid damage.
3. Use knives on a cutting board. Using them on hard surfaces (e.g., concrete, tile, ceramic plates) will accelerate blade wear.
4. Slicing knives are suitable for paring and slicing but should not be used for chopping hard ingredients to prevent blade rolling or chipping. For bone-in ingredients, a cleaver is recommended.
[Regarding Handle Maintenance]
1. Under normal use, the wooden handle requires no special care. To enhance its texture and lifespan, you may apply food-grade beeswax for maintenance.
2. Important Notes:
* It is not recommended for non-professionals to sharpen knives with whetstones or similar tools.
* Dishwashers and dish dryers are not recommended for cleaning.

[Cutting Board Care and Precautions]
After use, always wash the cutting board thoroughly with water and allow it to air dry naturally or wipe it dry. Do not expose it directly to sunlight.
Regular maintenance will extend the cutting board's lifespan. You can apply food-grade oils like beeswax or olive oil.
When storing after washing, keep it flat to minimize the risk of warping. (Avoid leaning it against a wall.)
It is normal for natural wood pigments to appear during cleaning; place a cloth underneath when air-drying to prevent staining.
Each cutting board is cut from natural wood, so minor variations in grain, small cracks, or slight unevenness due to temperature and humidity fluctuations after unpacking are natural and do not constitute grounds for return or exchange.
Precautions:
I. 304 stainless steel has weak magnetic properties and low adsorption, making it unsuitable for magnetic knife racks made of bamboo.
II. 304 steel has excellent rust resistance, but rust may still occur with improper storage or prolonged immersion in water.
III. 304 steel has high ductility and should not be twisted or pried sideways.
