VII. Care and Longevity
(1) Avoid humidity and direct sunlight.
(2) If dusty, gently blow it off with a hairdryer on the lowest setting or lightly brush with a soft brush.
(3) Conservatively estimated longevity: Dried flowers 1-2 years, preserved flowers 3-5 years.
However, with proper care as described above, they can last much longer, depending on how well they are maintained.

I. As materials need to be prepared before the event, no refunds will be issued for cancellations after payment is completed. Participants may contact the brand to discuss rescheduling for a different date and time (rescheduling is limited to one instance and must be completed within one month of the original scheduled time). If no alternative dates or slots are available with the brand, or if the provided dates and times are not compatible, no refund or further rescheduling will be granted.
II. The event will commence promptly at the scheduled time. To ensure a smooth experience, please do not be late. Entry will be denied for arrivals more than 10 minutes past the start time, and no refunds or rescheduling will be offered.
III. Class and venue fees are calculated per person. If you wish to bring a companion, please notify us in advance. An additional venue fee of NT$500 per person (including children and adults) will be charged for companions.
IV. If the actual number of available spots differs from what is displayed on the platform, the brand will inform the consumer, who may then choose a refund or reschedule.
V. If you have a preferred color palette, please confirm with both parties at least 3 days before the event. The designer will prioritize your preferred colors or flowers, but the actual materials used will be based on the week's availability and the designer's considerations, and may not be 100% identical. If no color preference is communicated, the designer will make the arrangements. If the designer informs you that a requested color cannot be used or if there are other issues, and no response is received, the designer will proceed with alternative arrangements.
VI. Handmade creations may have slight variations in size due to different crafting methods and individual techniques; this is considered normal.
VII. Participants are required to adhere to the venue rules and follow the instructions of the on-site designer. Any damage caused by violations will be the participant's responsibility.
VIII. If participation in the event is terminated due to reasons not attributable to the brand, no refund will be provided.
IX. In the event of class cancellation due to force majeure such as natural disasters, the brand will proactively contact participants to arrange for rescheduling. In case of typhoons, the closure standards announced by the event's location will be used as the basis for class commencement and rescheduling, regardless of the participant's location.
X. The brand may conduct on-site photography during the experience event for its needs, which will be uploaded to Legal Girl Floral Art Studio's social media after the event. The brand may subsequently use photos and videos containing individuals' likenesses for event documentation or promotional purposes for future recruitment. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform a staff member at the event, and we will take special arrangements.
