It is recommended to trim the stems and change the water daily. ● To maintain the bouquet with its original packaging, pour water directly into the bouquet daily to keep the stems hydrated. ● When watering, avoid splashing the petals to prevent water damage. If petals are water-damaged or have turned yellow and withered, they can be gently removed. ● Place the bouquet in a cool, well-ventilated area. Avoid hot or direct sunlight environments. Delivery Options: ● Preserved/Fresh Flower Gifts are available for in-store pickup (No. 2, Alley 16, Section 4, Bade Road, Songshan District, Taipei City) and nationwide delivery. ● Pickup and delivery can be scheduled for a specific date. ● Nationwide delivery carries inherent risks. If logistics are delayed or the package experiences bumps or collisions during transit, the condition of the floral gift may be affected. Important Notes: ● This product is only available for delivery within Taiwan main island (excluding airports and outlying islands). Orders to addresses that cannot be delivered to will be automatically cancelled. ● For fresh flower gifts, if the floral materials, accompanying materials, or wrapping paper are out of stock due to market or seasonal factors, they will be replaced with other materials without prior notice. The designer will use their professional judgment to ensure the best design outcome. ● If the flower pot, basket, vase, or decorative accessories shown in the images are out of stock, they will be substituted with appropriate containers or accessories of equivalent value. Please note that the colors of the flowers (e.g., roses) depicted in the web images may vary slightly in size and shade due to seasonal temperature differences and varietal variations. Actual shipments will reflect these natural variations without prior notification. As flowers are perishable, exchanges and cancellations at short notice are not possible. ● If you have any issues, please notify us within 48 hours before the delivery date.
