Essentially, the clay and minerals are ground extremely fine, so fine they can be used as a glaze. Sprayed onto the ceramic surface, it's like a 'slip-on-slip' technique, creating a richer variety of textures and forms. → Product Introduction In the design of the "Fang Yun Cup," Zi Ran You Wen Chuang blends traditional and modern elements. The size is compatible with our Maze filter cup, offering a matching set option. The straight cylindrical body conveys a sense of sleekness and directness. Its large, flat surface is ideal for showcasing the distinct characteristics of each glaze, highlighting the unique qualities of different finishes. The flared rim, a classic feature of traditional teaware, has been present since ancient times. Beyond aesthetics, the flared rim enhances functionality for comfortable sipping. This slightly outward-curving rim perfectly contours the lips, allowing you to fully appreciate the sensation of the beverage as it glides into your mouth. The square handle is also a traditional design element. We've adapted the classic square handle with a flat top and a slanted bottom, creating a distinct visual profile. The square ear-shaped handle is also comfortable to grip. Our Fang Yun cup, with a moderate capacity of 240ml, is highly versatile for brewing tea or drip coffee bags. A thoughtful detail is the angled line on the inner wall, approximately at the 200ml mark, which provides a simple visual cue for capacity, making it more intuitive to use. This design, with its large, flat vertical surface on the cup wall, allowed the artisans greater freedom in experimenting with glazes.
