For health and safety reasons, returns are not accepted for these items. 【Jewelry Care】 • Sterling silver is a relatively soft metal. Please avoid excessive pressure that may cause deformation or friction that can lead to scratches. If an earring post becomes bent, gently straighten it. • Unplated silver naturally oxidizes or sulfts when exposed to air, gradually darkening or yellowing over time. The extent of this change varies depending on individual body chemistry and environmental factors (such as sweat, perfume, lotions, humidity, or proximity to hot springs). To prolong the lifespan of your jewelry, avoid wearing it while bathing, exercising, or visiting hot springs. • The best way to care for silver jewelry is to wear it regularly. The natural oils from your skin create a protective layer, making the piece more lustrous and beautiful with continued wear. • When not in use, dry the jewelry with a soft cloth and store each piece separately in the provided resealable bag. If the oxidation or sulfidation becomes significant and you wish to restore the bright silver finish, use a silver polishing cloth (this cloth is reusable and should not be washed).
