Services such as SF Express or convenience store pickup are not available. ・Sizing Information All items in our shop are free size. The size of each item is listed on its product page. As these are handmade items, there may be an error of approximately 1 cm. The listed length of the item includes the clasp (e.g., lobster clasp, toggle clasp), not just the ribbon or lace portion. The model in the photo has a neck circumference (at the narrowest part) of approximately 30 cm. If your neck circumference is less than 30 cm, the item may be loose. Please specify your desired length in the notes section. For example: "Please shorten the item by 2 cm" or "Desired length: 28 cm." If you are concerned about the size, we can extend the adjuster by an additional 5 cm. Please write "Request for adjuster extension" in the notes section when ordering. ・Product Care As these are handmade items, they may break if pulled or subjected to stress. Materials such as plated finishes, brass, and copper alloys are sensitive to moisture and sweat. Prolonged exposure to humidity can also cause discoloration or fading, and these effects may accelerate depending on the environment. We kindly ask that you wear the item after completing your makeup and perfume application, and after wearing it, wipe off any sebum with a soft cloth before storing it to help prevent discoloration. ・Materials The materials used (excluding some specific items) include copper alloy, iron, brass, nickel-plated and zinc alloy parts, and nickel-plated and rhodium-plated parts. As nickel plating is used, please refrain from purchasing if you have concerns about allergies. If you experience any skin abnormalities, please discontinue use and consult a medical professional.
