* HYGGE ADORN uses international ring sizes. If you are unsure of your size, please refer to our size chart for measurement. For sizes outside of 9-13, please feel free to contact us.
* All K gold jewelry is solid K gold (Solid Gold / K SG).
* Due to the gold content of 9K gold, it is prone to discoloration when cast in rose gold or yellow gold. Therefore, 9K gold is only available in white K gold.
* If you wish to order a 14K gold style, please contact customer service for inquiries.
| Order & Shipping |
* All products are handmade. After your order is confirmed and payment is received, production and shipping will take 10-14 business days (excluding custom-made items). If you have an urgent need, please contact us to inquire.
* In the event of natural disasters, accidents, or other unforeseen circumstances that cause delivery delays, we will send a notification. We appreciate your understanding.
* Shipping is handled by logistics partners and convenience store delivery services. Actual arrival times depend on the driver's route and conditions, and specific delivery times cannot be guaranteed.
* All items include a handmade invoice. If you require a company registration number, please be sure to note it in your order.
| After-Sales Service |
* All HYGGE ADORN products come with after-sales service, including a one-year warranty and lifetime basic cleaning and maintenance. Within the one-year warranty period, non-human factor damage under normal use will be repaired free of charge once. Custom-made items, gemstone loss, and damage due to human factors are not covered by the warranty. Repairs may incur a fee depending on the situation.
* Lost warranty cards will not be reissued. Please keep them in a safe place.
* HYGGE ADORN reserves the right to refuse after-sales service for items without a warranty card or items not from HYGGE ADORN.
* All round-trip shipping costs for after-sales service will be borne by the consumer.
* All after-sales services (ring size adjustment, chain length adjustment, cleaning and maintenance, breakage repair, gemstone detachment) require the accompanying product warranty card. Service history will be recorded on the warranty card. Please contact us to apply for after-sales service.
| Product Description |
* All products undergo professional quality control checks before shipping. If you receive a defective item, please keep the product intact and notify us within 3 days of receipt, providing photos of the defect for assessment. The following are not considered defects:
# Color Difference: Product colors may vary due to different browsing devices and settings. Please refer to the actual product color upon receipt.
# Size: Measurements may have a slight error of 0.5-1 cm due to different measurement methods, which is considered normal.
# Solder Marks: While crafted with precision by artisans, handmade items may have minor solder marks, such as at the junction of earring posts and earrings, or necklace connections. Slight unevenness at these joints is normal.
# Gemstones: All gemstones used are natural. Each gemstone will have unique inclusions and textures. Natural black spots, lines, feather inclusions, or cloudy patterns within gemstones are normal.
# Pearls: All pearls used are natural and unique, possessing their own natural luster. While efforts are made to select pearls of consistent appearance, each will still be distinct.
| Return Policy |
* All products (except custom-made items) are eligible for a 7-day appreciation period, starting from the day after the item is signed for until the 7th day. Please check the contents of your order immediately upon receipt. Returns cannot be accepted after the 7-day appreciation period. The 7-day appreciation period is not a trial period; please do not wear the jewelry for an extended time before returning it. The following situations are not eligible for returns:
# Exceeding the 7-day appreciation period.
# The item is not returned in its original packaging box and carton.
# Incomplete or damaged accessories and invoices, such as paper invoices, warranty cards, envelopes, packaging boxes, paper bags, kraft paper boxes, or jewelry accessories (e.g., earring backs).
# Signs of prolonged wear and tear or soiling from non-normal try-on.
# The product has been altered, such as by engraving or resizing.
# Promotional gifts are not returned.
# The product is damaged due to human factors upon return.
# Engraved items are considered custom-made and are not eligible for the 7-day appreciation period.
* As per court rulings, custom-made items requested by the consumer are not subject to the 7-day appreciation period, and therefore, custom-made items cannot be returned.
* Return shipping costs will be covered by HYGGE ADORN. However, if the original order amount falls below the free shipping threshold after the return, the original shipping fee will be deducted from the refund. If the order amount still meets the free shipping threshold, no additional shipping fee will be charged.
* Each order is eligible for one free return shipping service. If you need to return additional items within the 7-day appreciation period, you will be responsible for the shipping costs. To avoid disputes, please ensure you have thoroughly inspected the items before initiating a return.
* If a return causes the order to no longer qualify for a promotional discount, the discount amount will be deducted from the refund.
* If you return items without specific reason more than 3 times within one year, HYGGE ADORN will blacklist you for six months.

Please be advised that HYGGE ADORN will not proactively contact you by phone to request personal financial account or credit card information, nor will we call to ask consumers to operate online banking payments or ATM transfers.
