Dorayaki Kappa

A kappa who always ate taiyaki once received something called dorayaki. When he tried it, he thought, “Oh, this is delicious!” Well, of course — it’s a sweet with red bean paste sandwiched between layers of batter. The next day, someone else gave him something called imagawayaki. “Oh, delicious again!” It also had red bean paste inside. The following day, he received ningyoyaki. “Oh, this one’s tasty too!” And yes, it also had red bean paste inside. He began to wonder — what’s the difference between all of these?
