Hotaru Dama are glass beads, each meticulously handcrafted by a glass artisan. By layering silver leaf and shades of blue glass onto a black glass base to create the pattern, a unique and mystical atmosphere is achieved, as if the blue is shining brilliantly against the black. For those who love the color blue, this beauty is sure to capture your heart. . . ♪ The color name chosen, "Ryusei" (Meteor), was inspired by the way the small Hotaru Dama beads dangle from the chain like shooting stars. We have selected glow-in-the-dark type Hotaru Dama for these beads. When exposed to light and then viewed in a dark place. . . they glow a greenish hue. ^^ The beads don't glow uniformly; instead, they light up in spots, and the varying intensity of the glow from each bead, appearing and disappearing like fleeting meteors, adds to their romantic allure. The earring findings feature a charming flower design. We've chosen findings with a rhodium plating, making them resistant to tarnishing and of high quality, so you can cherish them for a long time.
