Gemstones are sourced from trusted industry suppliers, as is the sterling silver, in collaboration with manufacturers. For plating, we utilize both jewelry-grade and industrial plating. If you have concerns about material allergies, please consult with our designer before placing your order. Most of our products are made to order. The estimated shipping time can be viewed on the Pinkoi desktop version. In-stock items will be shipped within 1-3 days. For made-to-order items, please allow for waiting time. If you need to receive your jewelry sooner, please contact our designer before placing your order to check for stock availability or if it's possible to create it for you sooner. Jewelry that undergoes factory processing requires a longer lead time. Items processed by the factory include: wax-carved pieces, 3D printed items, plated items, and other services such as engraving. Items priced above $2000 will be presented in a jewelry box (items under $2000 require separate purchase). 2. Sterling silver items that are not plated will include a polishing cloth. 3. For environmental reasons, multiple items will be packaged with minimal fuss (jewelry boxes will still be included where applicable). Please inform the designer if you require separate packaging. However, due to variations in equipment and display screens, slight color differences may occur. The appearance of gemstone colors may also vary due to light refraction. Care Instructions 1. For jewelry with gemstones or plating, it is recommended to remove it when showering. 2. Avoid direct contact with chemical substances such as perfumes. 3. When not in use, wipe with a soft cloth/polishing cloth and store in a sealed bag. 4. For plated jewelry, use a soft cloth for cleaning; do not use a polishing cloth. Return Information Returns and refunds are not accepted for items with colors or specifications that differ from the product description (gemstone color and arrangement, size, material, gold plating or no plating), as well as for engraved items, ear clip modifications, or any other personalized custom requests.
