From smelling and selecting scents to blending and adjusting proportions, our instructors will guide you step-by-step to create your exclusive formula based on your preferences.

・Participants in the same order must arrive at the same time to facilitate class arrangement and ensure a unified start.
・To maintain teaching quality, only registered participants are allowed entry. Unregistered individuals are not permitted to accompany, linger, or participate in the creation process.
・The experience duration is approximately 60-90 minutes, which may vary slightly depending on the chosen package and individual blending speed.
・Please allow ample travel time and arrive in advance. Participants arriving more than 15 minutes late will not be admitted to avoid disrupting subsequent sessions and will be considered a no-show, with no refund or rescheduling possible.
・Fragrance blending materials and tools are provided in the classroom. Eating and drinking are strictly prohibited indoors. If you bring beverages, please use a container with a lid, and help us maintain a clean environment.
・Instruction is primarily in Mandarin Chinese. Foreign travelers are welcome; English fragrance record sheets are available on-site.
・The actual fragrance ingredients, containers, and packaging used will be those provided on the day of the experience.
**Cancellation and Refunds**
This experience operates on a reservation system. Upon booking, your selected time slot, instructor, and materials are reserved for you.
・Cancellations made 7 days or more before the experience | 100% refund of the order amount.
・Cancellations made 4-6 days before the experience | 70% refund of the order amount.
・Cancellations made 2-3 days before the experience | 50% refund of the order amount.
・Cancellations made 1 day before or on the day of the experience | No refund.
・No-shows or lateness exceeding 10 minutes | No refund.
To cancel an experience, please submit a cancellation request through your Pinkoi order and notify us of your cancellation via Pinkoi messages or our official LINE account (ID: @wishtree). The actual refund amount and processing will be handled according to Pinkoi platform regulations.
**Rescheduling Policy**
・To change your experience date, please request it at least 72 hours before your original appointment time. One free reschedule is permitted.
・Rescheduling due to personal reasons is not accepted if the request is made less than 72 hours before the experience.
・Each order is eligible for one reschedule only and will be arranged based on WISH TREE's currently available time slots.
・Once a reschedule is completed, no further changes will be accepted. If you cancel, do not show up, or are unable to attend due to personal reasons after rescheduling, no refund will be issued.
**Weather and Force Majeure**
In the event of typhoons, natural disasters, or other force majeure incidents, if the government announces the suspension of work and classes in Taipei City, the experience on that day will be postponed. WISH TREE will contact you proactively to arrange a free reschedule, which will not count towards the general rescheduling limit.
If there is no announcement of work/class suspension, the experience will proceed as scheduled.
If the experience cannot proceed due to reasons attributable to WISH TREE, we will contact you proactively to arrange a reschedule or a refund.
