【Anechoic Chamber | Hypothermia Layer】
Through our online behavior, big data continuously pushes similar information, narrowing our thinking and diminishing our openness and willingness to engage with different people and ideas. This makes us susceptible to online debates and controversies (flame wars). The theme prints this season, one black and one white, are derived from "flame wars" in the digital world. The designer deconstructed and three-dimensionally shaped the characters for "flame war," forming inescapable mazes that symbolize how people unknowingly fall into the abyss of their echo chambers. WEAVISM breaks free from the echo chamber, returning to the origin to reinterpret trendy functionality in the "Anechoic Chamber."
