Custom background colors are welcome. 👉 If no specific background color is indicated for the finished artwork, any white areas will be treated as transparent. 👉 Please provide only the final image you wish to use for production. Please read the following important information carefully: ⭕ Basic Knowledge: Due to differences in color settings between computer/mobile/tablet screens and printing output, there will be color variations between what you see on screen and the printed product. If exact color matching is crucial, please refrain from ordering. ⭕ All custom items require a bleed area (safe margin). Artwork too close to the edge risks being cropped. Ensure your finished artwork includes the bleed area. ⭕ To provide convenience for unique, custom-made items, we offer in-store payment and pickup. We kindly ask all buyers to complete their pickup. Failure to do so will result in legal action; we will not tolerate uncooperative buyers. ⭕ For undelivered packages requiring re-shipment, the buyer is responsible for the [original order amount + shipping fees + re-shipping fees]. ★ The following situations do not constitute product defects: (1) Damaged outer packaging (due to logistics). (2) Minor loose threads, snags, excess threads, or repeated stitching. (3) As products are handmade, slight variations like loose threads are normal. Repeated stitching that does not affect functionality is also not considered a defect. (4) Color fading after washing. (5) Color differences, color shifts, or discrepancies between the final product and expectations. (6) Imperfect stitching or craftsmanship. (7) Misalignment or imperfections at pattern matching points between different fabric pieces. (8) Pottery/Ceramics: Bubbles <1mm; bumps/dents <1mm; stains/dye splatters <2mm; cracks <2mm; color bleeding <2x5mm. (9) Dimensions and Prints: For dimensions under 100cm, a tolerance of <3%; for dimensions over 100cm, a tolerance of <5%. Due to the extensive manual process, clients who are highly sensitive to precise dimensions/colors should consider this carefully before ordering. ★ By placing a custom order, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of our shopping process. Unless the product has a significant, undisclosed defect, returns or exchanges will not be accepted. Defects caused by human factors will be assessed by our company to determine if it's intentional damage or a product issue. Items (T-shirts, fabrics, etc.) that have been washed, worn, or used are not eligible for defect returns or exchanges. ★ Before placing an order, please ensure you have selected the correct image and size. Custom items cannot be returned or exchanged due to size issues. If a product has a defect, please carefully inspect it within 3 days of receipt. Take photos of the defect and send them via chat to customer service. Returns or exchanges will only be processed after confirmation and communication. Any returns sent without prior contact with our company will be refused.
