・Capacity: 6-15 people per session (Minimum participants for class to commence: 6)
・Includes: Moss ball and wooden base experience kit (Moss ball approximately palm-sized; finished piece including base approximately 14cm in diameter), moss ball decorations, on-site tools and materials, gift packaging bag, and unlimited self-serve black tea or green tea.
・Location: 1st Floor, No. 121, Section 2, Hankou Street, Wanhua District, 108 Taipei City

・Upon completing your order and checkout, the purchase details serve as your registration confirmation. No physical tickets will be issued. Simply arrive at the venue at your scheduled session time for check-in; no separate SMS or pre-event notification will be sent.
・Orders not completed with payment are considered incomplete registrations. Slots will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis, and unpaid orders will not be recognized in the participant list.
・If unable to attend or wishing to reschedule after payment, please contact us via our fan page or by phone at (02) 2371-4171 at least 3 days in advance. The following refund policy applies:
* In accordance with Article 9, Paragraph 1, Subparagraph 4 of the "Regulations Governing Private Schools of Tutoring and Continuing Education" and Article 33 of the "Regulations for Short-Term Supplementary Schools" as promulgated by the Executive Yuan's Consumer Protection Committee:
A. For refund requests submitted sixty days or more prior to the commencement date, 95% of the total paid fee will be refunded.
B. For refund requests submitted between fifty-nine days and eight days prior to the commencement date, 90% of the total paid fee will be refunded.
C. For refund requests submitted between seven days and one day prior to the commencement date, 80% of the total paid fee will be refunded.
* Rescheduling is permitted within the following 2 months. Please actively inform us of your chosen session. Failure to do so will be considered a forfeiture of the rescheduling option; if you cannot adhere to the rescheduling timeline, please opt for a refund.
* On the day of the workshop, refunds and rescheduling are not possible due to the instructor's material preparation and venue arrangements. Failure to attend will be considered a forfeiture.
* To ensure the rights of other participants, attendees arriving 15 minutes or more after the scheduled start time will be considered to have forfeited their participation.
* For refunds, please contact us and provide your bank account details, including the account holder's name. Refunds will be processed via bank transfer.
・Participants must be 10 years of age or older to register for this event.
・Participation is limited to ticket holders. Unpaid individuals may not accompany participants unless a child requires parental assistance to complete the activity, or in special cases where a parent and child wish to participate together. Please call the venue in advance to inquire about such exceptions.
・If the number of registered participants for a session falls below 6 two days prior to the event date, xiabenhow reserves the right to cancel the session and will notify participants to reschedule or receive a full refund.
・Please arrive punctually. To ensure a smooth experience, please avoid lateness.
・Food and beverages are not permitted in the handcraft classroom. This workshop includes unlimited self-serve black tea or green tea.
・Participants are expected to adhere to the venue's rules and follow the instructor's guidance.
・In case of force majeure events such as natural disasters, xiabenhow will proactively contact participants to arrange for rescheduling or a full refund.
・The organizer may capture photos and videos during the experience for event documentation and promotional purposes on xiabenhow's social media channels. By participating, you consent to the potential use of your image in such materials.
・If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform a staff member at the event, and we will make appropriate arrangements.
