・Dates: (Workshop duration: 1.5-2 hours)
. June 13, 2026 (Saturday) 13:00 - 15:00
. July 5, 2026 (Sunday) 15:30 - 17:30
. August 2, 2026 (Sunday) 13:00 - 15:00
・Capacity: 6-15 people per session (minimum enrollment: 6 people)
・Includes: Moss ball and wooden base experience (moss ball is palm-sized; the overall finished product, including the base, is approximately 14cm in diameter), moss ball decorations, on-site tools and materials, gift packaging bag, and unlimited self-serve black or green tea.
・Location: 1st Floor, No. 121, Section 2, Hankou Street, Wanhua District, 108 Taipei City
・Transportation: Take the MRT Green Line or Blue Line to Ximen Station, Exit 6. Turn left onto Zhonghua Road and walk for 5 minutes. Turn left onto Hankou Street Section 2 and walk for 7 minutes. (Located next to the historic Ciyun Temple)

・If you are registering the day before or on the day of the class, please contact us to confirm if the class has commenced before registering.
・Upon completing your order and payment, your purchase receipt serves as confirmation of your registration. No physical tickets will be issued. Please arrive directly at the venue for check-in on the scheduled session time; no further SMS or pre-class notifications will be sent.
・Orders that are not paid for will be considered as unsuccessful registrations. Spots will no longer be available once a session is full. Unpaid orders will not be included in the participant list.
・If you are unable to attend or wish to reschedule after payment, you may contact us via our fan page or call (02) 2371-4171 at least 3 days in advance. The following rules apply:
. According to Article 9, Paragraph 1, Item 4 of the Compulsory Education Act and Article 33 of the Regulations for the Administration of Short-Term Supplementary Schools, as announced by the Executive Yuan's Consumer Protection Committee, refunds are as follows:
A. For refund requests submitted sixty days or more before the class starts, 95% of the total actual payment will be refunded.
B. For refund requests submitted between the 59th and 8th day before the class starts, 90% of the total actual payment will be refunded.
C. For refund requests submitted between the 7th and 1st day before the class starts, 80% of the total actual payment will be refunded.
. Rescheduling is permitted for sessions within the next 2 months. Please proactively inform us of your chosen session. Failure to do so will be considered a forfeiture. If you cannot make the rescheduled time, please opt for a refund.
. For cancellations on the day of the class, refunds and rescheduling are not accepted as the instructor's materials and venue arrangements have already been prepared. No-shows will be considered forfeitures.
. To ensure the rights of other participants, attendees arriving more than 15 minutes after the scheduled start time will be considered no-shows.
. For refunds, please contact us and provide your bank account details and account holder name. All refunds will be processed via bank transfer.
・Participants must be 10 years of age or older to register for this event.
・Only ticket holders are permitted to participate. Accompanying individuals who have not purchased tickets may not join or participate unless they are accompanying a child who cannot complete the activity independently, or in special cases requiring parent-child participation. Please call the venue in advance to inquire.
・If the number of registered participants for a session is less than 6 two days before the event starts, xiabenhow reserves the right to cancel the session and offer participants the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
・Please arrive on time for the event. To ensure a smooth experience, please avoid being late.
・Outside food and beverages are not permitted in the workshop. This course includes unlimited self-serve black or green tea.
・Participants must adhere to the venue rules and follow the instructor's guidance.
・In case of force majeure events such as natural disasters, xiabenhow will proactively arrange for rescheduling or a refund.
・The organizer may take photos and videos during the experience for documentation and promotional purposes on xiabenhow's social media channels. Photos and videos containing your likeness may be used for event records or other recruitment and promotional activities in the future.
・If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform a staff member at the venue, and we will make special arrangements.
