Different images on each side are not possible. ※ Convenience store pickup and payment restrictions are as follows: Dimensions must be ≦ 45cm x 30cm x 30cm. The longest side must be ≦ 45cm, and the other two sides must both be ≦ 30cm. Weight must not exceed 5kg. ※ Items exceeding these dimensions or weight limits for convenience store pickup will be shipped via courier. ★ Customized products are strictly non-returnable or exchangeable. If a product is defective, only an exchange for the same customized product will be offered; no refunds will be provided. Returns based on subjective reasons such as "not as imagined" or "personal aesthetic judgment" are not accepted. ★ Due to variations in color settings on individual computer, phone, and tablet screens, printed colors may differ from what you see on screen. Please do not order if exact color matching is critical. ★ The following situations do not constitute product defects: (1) Damaged outer packaging (due to logistics). (2) Minor loose threads, snags, stray threads, or repeated stitching. (3) As all items are handmade, slight variations and threads are normal. Repeated stitching that does not affect functionality is also considered normal. The aforementioned conditions are not considered defects. (4) Fading after washing. (5) Color differences, color bias, or slight deviations from the imagined outcome. (6) Imperfect stitching or craftsmanship. (7) Misalignment or imperfections in pattern matching between different fabric pieces. (8) Pottery/Ceramics: Bubbles <1mm; bumps <1mm; dirt/dye splatters <2mm; cracks <2mm; color bleeding <2x5mm. (9) Dimensions and Prints: For dimensions within 100cm, an error of <3% is acceptable; for dimensions over 100cm, an error of <5% is acceptable. Due to the significant manual processes involved, customers who are highly sensitive to precise dimensions/colors should consider carefully before ordering. ★ By placing a custom order, you acknowledge and accept the terms of our shopping process. Unless the product has a significant undisclosed defect, returns or exchanges will not be accepted. Defects caused by human factors will be assessed by the company to determine if they are intentional damage or product-related. T-shirts or fabric items that have been washed, worn, or used are not eligible for defect returns or exchanges. ★ Please ensure you have confirmed your desired image and size before placing your order. Customized product size issues cannot be a reason for return or exchange. If the product has a defect, please inspect it carefully within 3 days of receipt and send clear photos of the defect via chat to customer service.
